Student Retreat

Ursuline High School female students are invited to a spiritual retreat which focuses on the application of St. Angela’s instructions as a compass in our world and everyday life. Co-hosted by Ursuline Acadmy of Dallas, TX, Ursuline students from UEN member schools will share in the sisterhood of Merician spirituality.  Retreat facilitator, Jane Cruthirds, is the Director of Mission Formation at Sacred Heart Schools in Louisville, KY. A former theology teacher at Sacred Heart, Jane is the author of the retreat program centered on St. Angela’s use of hospitality to draw others closer to Jesus.

 
The cost for the retreat is $450.00 per person, and does not include travel to/from Dallas. Lodging and meals will be at the St. Raphael Retreat Center which offers fully appointed bunk rooms with bedding and towels. 
 

NOTE: Retreat will take place during the Martin Luther King Holiday Weekend, beginning Thursday and concluding Sunday by noon. Timeline is provided below for travel planning, Dallas is on central time.  

  • Thursday January 15  – arrival to St. Raphael retreat Center by 6pm
  • Friday January 16-  Ursuline Academy of Dallas
  • Saturday January 17 – St. Raphael Retreat Center
  • Sunday January 18 – St. Raphael Retreat Center, departure by noon.
